Using official Jaguar Land Rover diagnostic equipment. We interrogate all of the relevant control modules to exploit all of the relevant fault codes. We then take the information and run it through Land Rover’s online user manual which gives us the most efficient way to pinpoint your problem. This provides us with technical information on how to fix it why the problem has happened in the first place and how we can prevent it from happening again. It will also explain if the problem has occurred due to an underlying condition or non-visible fault, i.e. software problems.
After we have found out why your car is having issues, we will look into repairing your vehicle and how we can prevent the issue or issues from happening again whether that be with modified parts or our own experience on common issues.
